For Saturday’s at the Library, our clock of choice is the DGT North America (upgraded version).
Simple Guide
(Scroll down to see or download the full manual)
On / Off
- To turn the clock on or off, press the white button on the bottom of the clock.
Default Setting
- When powered on, the clock always returns to the time controls of the last game played. This is really useful when you play multiple games using the same time controls. Finish a game, turn the clock off and back on and it will be ready for a new game.
Game Presets
- The clock has 30 different presets (numbers printed on the bottom of the clock).
- When you first power on the clock you can change the current preset by pressing the “➕” and “➖” buttons.
- Our club generally uses Presets #1 to #5:
- 5 Minute Game
- 10 Minute Game
- 15 Minute Game
- 60 Minute Game
- Custom Time Settings (see below)
Starting the Clock
- Power on the clock.
- Pick the preset you want to use or set up custom time controls.
- Press the center “▶II” (play/pause) button once.
